One of the priorities of rayhanat is to satisfy its customers and provide the best online shopping experience. Therefore, all products purchased from the site can be returned or exchanged based on the following conditions:

• If the purchased product does not match the specifications displayed on the Rayhanat Makkah website.
• In case of a manufacturing defect in the product.
• The product intended for return has not been used and is in its original condition with all accessories intact, inside its original packaging, and has not been opened at all.
• If you received a wrong or different product from the specifications displayed on the Rayhanat Makkah website, you are not allowed to open or use it, and you must keep it intact. If the package is opened or damaged, we reserve the right not to accept the return. The customer will be charged the price difference if the mistakenly received product is more expensive than the originally paid product.
• A request for replacement or return can be made within 3 business days from the date the customer received the order. Requests made beyond this time frame will not be accepted.

Non-returnable and non-exchangeable products:

• - Shapewear: Due to their sensitivity and direct contact with the body, all types of shapewear are not eligible for return or exchange. Therefore, please carefully select the appropriate size when placing an order. All personal care products such as (lenses, eyelashes) are also non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Refund Policy:

• The refund process by Rayhanat Makkah website takes 3 to 7 business days from the date the product arrives at our warehouses after verification.
• If there is a specific offer consisting of two or more products, if the customer wishes to return one of the products and keep the rest, the new price of the products that they want to keep will be considered the original price. A part of the amount of the product to be returned will be refunded. For example: (If there are two products priced together in a specific offer at 100 SAR, and the original price without the offer for the first product is 70 SAR, and the original price for the second product without the offer is 60 SAR, if the customer orders this offer and pays 100 SAR, and wants to return the second product priced at 60 SAR, Rayhanat Makkah store will receive the product to be returned and verify the validity of all return conditions. Only 30 SAR will be refunded to the customer based on the original price of the first product they decided to keep, which is 70 SAR. • If payment is made using cash on delivery or tamara, the amount will be refunded to your electronic wallet balance, which can be used for future purchases from the Rayhanat Makkah website. This balance is not withdrawable to any bank account.
• If payment is made by credit card, the amount will be refunded to the same credit card used for payment.
• The refund process by the bank takes 3 to 14 business days from the date the amount is refunded to the credit card by the Rayhanat Makkah website.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Shipping Policy:

The remaining amount will be refunded after the return of the order to our warehouses. - If the customer has benefited from free shipping and later wishes to return the product, and the total purchase amount after returning the product is less than 230 Saudi riyals, the value of the shipping that was benefited for free will be deducted, as well as the value of the return shipment.

If you have ordered personal care products of the Davina brand, you will have a two-year warranty from Rayhanat Makkah (the official agent for Davina in Saudi Arabia).
